Starting from the delivery date of sampling products, the respective MDZ deparment will reply using our Feedback Form to suppliers within 10 days.

To run promotions at City Mart / Ocean branches, suppliers can contact the respective MDZ department and and discuss possibilities of advertising in our bi-weekly print of Super Savers / Weekly Specials / Value Buys & Saving or rent our Gondolas. We prefer attractive promotion schemes offered by suppliers.

Payment system is based on the nature of product and payment must be done with cheque. The receiver must have the allowance from Company owner or Managing Director of respective company.

If the supplier wants to run promotional activities at Centre Promotion Area they will need to contact our Leasing Dept at the City Mart Head Office.
